Regulatory framework (resources)

The regulatory framework for healthcare in Uzbekistan is based on the Constitution and the Law “On the Protection of Citizens' Health” , as well as a number of subordinate acts regulating the activities of the Ministry of Health, the healthcare system, licensing, sanitary welfare, and pharmaceuticals, with an emphasis on reforms that improve the accessibility and quality of medical care and digitalization.
