Organize the implementation of the Conference's decisions, ensure the achievement of the Society's goals and objectives set forth in these Bylaws;
Develop and approve the Society's annual program and work plans;
Approve the Society's symbol and regulations governing the symbol;
Approve the Society's annual budget and income and expenditure estimates;
Dispose of and manage the Society's property (except for real estate), exercising control over the effective use of funds and other property; Make decisions on the organization, reorganization, and liquidation of regional branches of the Society;
Approve the charter on the territorial branches of the Society;
Make decisions on the disposal of funds and other property of the Society and its regional branches;
Make decisions on the Society's membership in international organizations;
Determine the quota of delegates participating in the conference;
Make decisions on engaging an audit organization to conduct an extraordinary audit of the company's activities.
In consultation with the Board of Directors, organizes economic structures;
approves the staffing table, structure, number of employees, wage fund, and number of employees;
concludes employment contracts with Company employees, accepts assignments, approves their job descriptions and distribution of responsibilities;
determines the amount of admission and membership fees in agreement with the Board of Directors;
signs all documents on behalf of the Company, as well as financial documents, except for signing documents on issues within the competence of the Company's management bodies in accordance with these Articles of Association;
concludes contracts and agreements with individuals and legal entities that do not contradict legislative acts and these Articles of Association;
acts on behalf of the Company in court, before state authorities, non-governmental non-profit organizations, legal entities and individuals, and international organizations;
dispose of the Company's funds within the budget approved by the Board of Directors;
make appropriate decisions within the limits of his authority;
chair meetings of the Board of Directors.
The Chairman of the Company is personally responsible for the proper and high-quality performance of his duties.
